intimateapparelcouncil.org is an independent reference site about the US intimate apparel trade. It went online in October 2026, after the previous website at this address had been offline for years.

It is not the Intimate Apparel Council, and it is not connected to the American Apparel & Footwear Association, to the Council's former officers or members, or to any brand or retailer named here. It does not offer membership, events or fittings. Where the site describes the Council, it relies on the Council's own archived pages and on press coverage, each linked at the bottom of the page.

How the guides are written

• Regulations are summarised from the FTC's own rule text and business guidance. This is not legal advice; check the current rule before printing labels.
